Authorities have apprehended a 34-year-old suspect following a fatal shooting on a public bus that left two dead.

Federal authorities announced a second arrest Friday morning, alleging the individual was complicit in the theft of critical defense technology plans from a secure facility. The DOJ is preparing charges.
